Returns & Exchanges
At GuruBanana, we want you to adore your order, but sometimes love at first sight does not happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will accept exchanges and/or refunds by mail but you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently by phone or email. Please email info@gurubanana.com within the 72 hour window with your preferred contact method (text, phone, email) and we will promptly respond to arrange the refund or exchange.
All SALE items are final
Payment & Confirmation
GuruBanana accepts all major credit cards through secure transaction by our online store hosted on Shopify(tm). Credit card information is not stored or kept on file. Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to show you we are processing. A second email will be provided when the order ships and include shipping details.If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Personal information will only be used for products or services requested such as processing an order, question, or shipping your package.
Shipping
GuruBanana curates from a variety of suppliers around the world. Shipping times vary based on location sourced and carrier. We are committed to providing the best experience we can for our customers and offer a $3.99 flat rate for Domestic standard shipping and $5.99 for International *orders.
Please allow 3-10 days for domestic shipping and 3-20 days for International.
*Cast iron products (and some specialty products) are shipped based on weight. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
